John J. Kocot, age 94, of Frenchtown, NJ, died Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at home. He was born on October 5, 1911, in Jersey City, NJ the son of the late Paul and Julia Kocot and lived in Jersey City before moving to Frenchtown in 1982. Until his retirement Mr. Kocot was Facilities Manager for Warner Pharmaceutical Company in Jersey City. He was a member and past treasurer of the Association of the Sons of Poland, Jersey City. His wife Estelle pre-deceased him in 1971. He is survived by a son John Kocot and his wife Lynn of Frenchtown, NJ; a daughter Marion Kocot of Jersey City; two brothers Ted Kocot of Point Pleasant, NJ and Walter Kocot of Jersey City and three grandchildren, John, Robin and Kristina. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2006 at 9:00 AM in Our Lady of Victories Church, Route 519, Baptistown, NJ. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Friends may call at the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, 38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ on Friday, May 26, 2006 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM and from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
