Joseph Gallinovich, age 97, of Ringoes, NJ, died Thursday, June 16, 2005, at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. He was born on March 18, 1908, in Trieste, Italy, the son of the late Vladimaro Gallinovich and the late Maria (Bevelaqua) Gallinovich and lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Ringoes in 1996. Until his retirement Mr. Gallinovich was employed by the New York Transit Authority as a Commercial Artist. He was a member of R.O.M.E.O Club and the East Amwell Senior Citizens Club. He was pre-deceased by his wife Rosina Gallinovich in 1996. He is survived by his Daughter, Maria Bologna of Freehold, NJ; two Sons, Albert Gallinovich of Oxnard, CA and Raymond Gallinovich of Ringoes, NJ; his Sister, Ina Frazzita of Staten Island, NY; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2005 at 7:00 PM in the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, 38 Highway 31, Flemington. Interment will be Monday at 11:00 AM in the Cemetery of the Resurrection, Staten Island, NY. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Briteside Adult Day Center, 170 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
