Michelle L. (Compton) Donaruma, age 35, of Hampton, NJ, died Tuesday, May 30, 2006, at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. She was born on November 16, 1970, in Raritan Township, NJ the daughter of the late Robert Compton and Lynn (Tinnes) Bowers and lived in Pittstown, NJ before moving to Hampton three years ago. A 1989 graduate of North Hunterdon High School Michelle was employed by the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Clinton, NJ as a Payroll Clerk. Her father Robert B. Compton pre deceased her in 1984. In addition to her mother Lynn Bowers of Glen Gardner, NJ she is survived by her son, Hunter Donaruma at home; one brother, Robert Compton and his wife Karen of Oxford, NJ; her step-father Mark Bowers; and three nephews, Justin Rupp, Robert B. Compton and Joseph Compton. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 2, 2006 at 8:00 PM in the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, 38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 84 Park Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822.
