Patricia Ann Tarantino, 52, of Flemington, NJ, died on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at the Country Arch Care Center in Pittstown, NJ. She was born on September 7, 1952 in Flemington, NJ, the daughter of Ethel Tarantino and the late Charles A. Tarantino and lived in Flemington all her life. A graduate of Hunterdon Central High School Pattie was employed for 17 years by the Hunterdon Medical Center in the business office. She loved her job but had to retire due to her health. She is survived by her mother, Ethel Tarantino of Flemington, NJ; two brothers, Daniel Tarantino of Flemington and Charles Tarantino of Woodlawn, TN; three sisters, Linda Sneed of Oxnard, CA, Cheryl Carrigan of Neshanic Station, NJ, and Virginia Parker of Marquette, MI; seven nieces and nephews and nine grand nieces and nephews. The funeral will begin on Friday, January 28, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. from the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. to celebrate the Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in St. Magdalen’s Church, Flemington. Entombment will follow in St. Magdalen’s Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Save the Manatee Club, 500 North Maitland Ave., Maitland FL. Pattie was a member of the club for over ten years and has had an adopted manatee named Howie.
